‘The X-Files’ returns for 10 more episodes

The truth is still out there, as The X-Files returns for another 10-episode run.

Fox is calling the second chapter an “event series” that will air during the 2017-2018 TV series.

In 2016, the show returned for six-episodes — 14 years after the series had ended its original run.

Stars David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson are returning and production will begin this summer.
