The Sex and the City star, currently reprising her role as Samantha on the big-screen, is back at HBO with another sex-themed, single-camera comedy project set in New York.
Cattrall will star in and executive produce an adaptation of the British comedy series Sensitive Skin, which is being written and executive produced by Emmy-winning Sopranos writers Mitchell Burgess and Robin Green.
The series is about a middle-aged wife and mother (Cattrall) in New York who rediscovers her sexuality and begins to question her place in the world and the choices she has made in life.
Sensitive Skin is part of a development deal Cattrall inked with HBO when she signed on for the Sex and the City movie.
The original series starred Joanna Lumley as a wealthy ex-model working in a London art Gallery. It aired for two seasons on BBC Two.
